With the motto “Education with a Global Vision”, International College was established in 2003 to offer full-time undergraduate programmes for sub-degree holders. In the past 14 years, over 8,000 sub-degree graduates obtained a bachelor’s degree through the College. In 2017/18, the College offers more than 30 full-time undergraduate programmes with duration between 10 and 24 months. All programmes are delivered in collaboration with public universities in the UK, Scotland and Australia.

Full-time undergraduate programmes for AD/HD/HKDSE graduates:

  • Obtain an international university degree in Hong Kong

  • 18 programmes are locally accredited at HKQF Level 5▲. Full-time students enrolled in these programmes are eligible to apply for the HKSAR Government’s grants and low interest loans, i.e. FASP and NLSPS.

  • Tuition Fee: HK$79,500 - $140,000

  • Scholarships and bursaries are available

  • Campus located in HKU Town Centre at Admiralty

  • Students can access to HKU libraries and sport facilities

     These are exempted courses under the Non-local Higher and Professional Education (Regulation) Ordinance. It is a matter of discretion for individual employers to recognise any qualification  to which these courses may lead.
