    All face-to-face classes and scheduled examinations will be cancelled for the remainder of the semester. Course delivery will be conducted online. Lecturers will upload learning materials onto SOUL and facilitate students learn. Examinations will be moved online or replaced by alternative forms of assessment. Details will be announced soon. Please check Learner Portal for details.

Non-local applicants1 are those who require the following document(s) issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department to study in Hong Kong.

  • Student visa / Entry permit; or  

  • Visa / Entry permit under the Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates (IANG) ; or

  • Dependant visa / Entry permit (the holder was 18 years old or above when such Visa / Entry permit was issued)

It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to present valid identification documents to prove their identity.   The College reserves the right to revoke the student registration status, should the student fails to present valid identification document upon request of the College.
