    All face-to-face classes and scheduled examinations will be cancelled for the remainder of the semester. Course delivery will be conducted online. Lecturers will upload learning materials onto SOUL and facilitate students learn. Examinations will be moved online or replaced by alternative forms of assessment. Details will be announced soon. Government Grants / Loans *

If you need financial assistance to study at College, two government financial assistance schemes are available for application. These are:

  • The Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP)
  • The Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS)

* Students of Diploma in Foundation Studies Programme can apply for financial assistance via the Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme.

  Continuingcef Education Fund

The Continuing Education Fund (CEF) subsidises adults with learning aspirations to pursue continuing education and training courses. The new CEF enhancement measures has been implemented with effect from 1 April 2019. The scope of CEF courses will be expanded to all eligible courses registered in Qualifications Register, and students of the College could benefit from it. Each eligible applicant will be reimbursed their fees for a total subsidy up to $20,000#, upon successful completion of the relevant reimbursable courses, i.e. attained required academic performance and attendance.

# Regarding the co-payment ratios by learners (i.e. the percentage of course fee to be borne by learners), the ratio for the first $10,000 subsidy is 20% of the course fee and that for the second $10,000 subsidy is 40% of the course fee.
